Refund policy

Revocation Instructions for Personal, Custom Watches:
The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of receiving the watch. Revocation can be done in writing or by email. Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline. Please note that special regulations apply to personal, custom watches, as explained below.

Revocation for Personal, Custom Watches: There is no entitlement to a full refund for personal, custom watches. However, the customer can request a partial refund. If the customer requests a partial refund, 50% of the purchase price of the watch will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be credited to the customer as store credit (a voucher for the shop), which cannot be cashed out. This arrangement applies if the order has already been executed by the business owner. If the order has not yet been executed, the full amount will be refunded.

Please note that damages or technical defects covered by the warranty are not considered in the right of revocation. In such cases, the warranty claim applies.

Revocation for Other Products:
For all other products, the regular right of revocation applies. The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Revocation can be done in writing or by email. Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline. In the case of revocation for other products, the total amount will be refunded.

Please note that a refund will only be issued if the watch or the products have been returned. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

Warranty Terms:

1. Scope
These warranty terms apply to technical defects in the watches supplied by A. Baumheier Watches (hereinafter "Products"). The warranty does not cover damages caused by exposure to water, improper handling, improper use, improper maintenance, accidents, intentional damage, or other external factors.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the shipment of the watch to the customer.

3. Warranty Services
In the event of a technical defect in the watch during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the defective component or replace the watch. The decision on whether to repair or replace lies solely with us.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the watch, battery replacement, strap replacement, or damages caused by improper use or maintenance. Also excluded are damages resulting from improper handling, improper use, or accidents.

5. Assertion of Warranty Claims
To assert a warranty claim, the customer must inform us in writing about the defect within the warranty period. Contact details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. The original purchase receipt must be provided to assert the warranty claim.

6. Exclusion of Additional Claims
The customer's warranty claims under these conditions exclude additional claims, especially claims for damages. The customer has no right to a refund of the purchase price or a change of contract.

7. Severability Clause
Should a provision of these warranty terms be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective provision, a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision shall apply.
