Is my watch water resistant?
Yes, most of our watches are water-resistant up to 5 bar (50 meters), unless otherwise specified. This rating makes them ideal for daily use. They handle splashes and everyday exposure to water, such as handwashing or rain. Please avoid extended water exposure, like swimming or bathing, to maintain their quality.
Delivery times
For made-to-stock watches, orders typically ship within 24 hours on business days. Custom-made watches, which are carefully hand-assembled, have a delivery timeline of approximately 3 to 8 weeks. During high-demand periods or due to unforeseen delays, it may take slightly longer, but rest assured, your personalized timepiece will be worth the wait.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer returns for our watches with the following conditions: Ready-to-purchase watches can be returned within 14 days, provided they show no signs of excessive wear or damage. Custom watches are partially refundable due to their personalized nature, with half of the amount refunded to your original payment method and the other half as store credit.
